The "On-road engines" category consists of
compression-ignition engines (i.e. diesel engines) that are found in a
wide variety of on-road applications such as transit bus systems
and public fleet trucks. Some familiar examples include long haul trucks,
school buses, transit buses, street sweepers, refuse trucks, and utility
trucks.
