A Notice of
Completion (NOC) is a brief notice released by the lead agency as soon as it has completed
a draft CEQA document for public review and comment (end of comment period
is noted in the parenthesis). The following NOCs are linked to a Draft
Environmental Impact Report or Environmental Assessment document. In addition, PDF files
require the use of a reader.

The NOC is not archived because the purpose of the NOC is to inform
the public of the availability of a CEQA document for public review.
When the review period has ended and the document has been approved or
incorporated into a subsequent document, the notice has served its
notification purpose and is no longer necessary, thus, need not be
archived.
