Intent (NOI) to Adopt a Negative Declaration or Mitigated Negative
Declaration is a brief notice released by the lead agency as soon as
it has completed a Negative Declaration or Mitigated Negative
Declaration document for public review and comment. No NOIs are
currently listed because no Negative Declaration or Mitigated Negative
Declaration are currently released for review. However, when
listed, the
NOIs are linked to the Negative Declaration or Mitigated
Negative Declaration document currently released for public review and
comment.

Archive:
The NOI is not archived because the purpose of the NOI is to inform
the public of the availability of the CEQA document for public review.
When the review period has ended and the document has been approved or
incorporated into a subsequent document, the notice has served its
notification purpose and is no longer necessary, thus, need not be
archived.
