The Laser Egg PM sensor by Origins is a handheld device that provides real-time measurements of fine (PM2.5) and coarse (PM10) particles.
Principle of Operation
Laser Egg uses light-scattering to measure particles between 0.3 and 10 micrometers in aerodynamic diameter. It converts the signal to a particle mass concentration, sends the data to a server via WiFi and displays the readings on a website and a cell phone application.
