  1. The equipment model described in Section 1c identifies the models for automatic spray booth, touch-up spray booth, unltraviolet cure section, and an oven.
  2. The owner/operator of this process informed staff on May 7, 1999 in a telephone conversation that the Touch-up spray booths are no longer needed.
  3. The permit limit in Section 5A1 is a facility-wide VOC emissions limit. This limit is not related to BACT determination.
