The equipment model described in Section 1c identifies the models for automatic spray booth, touch-up spray booth, unltraviolet cure section, and an oven. The owner/operator of this process informed staff on May 7, 1999 in a telephone conversation that the Touch-up spray booths are no longer needed. The permit limit in Section 5A1 is a facility-wide VOC emissions limit. This limit is not related to BACT determination. The use of any material containing no more than 5% by weight VOC is generally considered BACT/LAER in lieu of add-on controls.
