AQMD is the regional air pollution
control agency for all of Orange County and the urban portions of Los Angeles,
San Bernardino and Riverside Counties; with 16 million people. Although
air quality has been improving, this four county region exceeds federal health
standards more frequently than any place else in the country. Business
