The "Harbor Craft" category consists of
compression-ignition engines (i.e. diesel engines) that are found in a
wide variety of harbor craft vessels such as harbor cruise, shore,
fishing and tug boats.
Harbor craft engine mitigation measures are
compiled in Tables VI and VII. A summary describing the type of information
provided in these tables, and how to use the data to quantify emission
