The
"locomotives"
category consists of switcher and passenger locomotives. Switch
locomotives assemble and disassemble railcars, while passenger
locomotives move passengers. This category also includes locomotives used
at large industrial facilities to move goods and materials at fixed
locations.
Locomotive mitigation
measures are compiled in Table X. A summary describing the type of
information provided in the table and how to use the data to
