Going Vessels" category consists of container ships, bulk carriers,
general cargo ships, passenger ships, oil and product tankers,
and vehicle/roll-on - roll-off vessels.
Ocean going
vessel mitigation measures are compiled in Table IX. A summary describing
the type of information provided in the tables and how to use the data to
