Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery & In-station Diagnostics Conference

When:   February 14, 2008   8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Where: AQMD Headquarters

This conference is FREE, but due to limited space pre-registration is required.
The South Coast Air Quality Management District is actively seeking ways to help gasoline dispensing facilities operating within our jurisdiction to comply with State of California Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery upgrade requirements.
Come to our conference on February 14th to learn how to avoid delays in the upgrades. Our goals for the conference are to:

  • Inform the regulated public of the requirements

  • Provide you with the available options for equipment and financing

  • Share ideas that will ensure the permitting process goes smoothly

We have invited experts to provide information on the requirements of the law, financing options, equipment availability, and other topics. Scheduled speakers include:

  • Representatives from manufacturers of Phase II EVR equipment;
  • The California Service Station and Auto Repair Association;
  • California Air Resources Board (CARB); and
  • California Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPA).

Some manufacturers will also be displaying their equipment at the conference.
We need to hear from you by February 8, 2008.

To register for this event and secure a seat:

  • Send an e-mail with your name, company name, telephone number
    and e-mail address; or
  • Contact Evangelina Barrera at (909) 396-2583.

The conference will also be available for viewing via webcast.
