High school students can help the Southland build a thriving, sustainable
future. This educational conference will offer information on green job
training, environmental volunteer opportunities, state-of-science technology
displays, and the chance to network with leaders who are transforming the
greater Los Angeles region toward low-emission vehicle technologies,
renewable energy, and cleaner air. Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime
educational opportunity.
The conference is free, but all attendees must be pre-registered.
Students must be accompanied by an instructor.
Reimbursement available for public school transportation and substitute
teachers, as follows:
- $200 per school bus (transporting minimum 25 students);
- $150 per substitute teacher per school (additional
substitutes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
