Appoint Members of AQMD Hearing Board
The terms of office for
the Hearing Board Attorney and Engineer Members, and their Alternates,
expire June 30, 2009. An Advisory Committee was appointed as required
by law. The Advisory Committee reviewed the candidates’ resumes and
made its recommendation to the Administrative Committee. The
Administrative Committee interviewed candidates at its meeting on May 1,
2009, and made a final recommendation. This action is to appoint
members to fill the expiring terms. |

Report on Proposals Received in Response to
SCAQMD RFP for Greenhouse Gas Reduction Program Services
Staff will provide a status report regarding the review of proposals for
Greenhouse Gas Reduction Program Services. |

Public Comment
Members of the public
are afforded the opportunity to speak on any agenda item before or
during the Board’s consideration of the items. At a special meeting, no
other business may be considered. Each speaker will be afforded three
minutes to address the Committee. (Govt. Code Section 54954.3) |
