Review of 2004-05 EJ Workplan
Implementation Report
The workplan consists of a series of elements of the AQMD’s
Environmental Justice initiatives. Each year staff presents a new
workplan to the AQMD Governing Board to enhance the agency’s EJ program.
AQMD staff oversees the development and implementation of all approved
elements and provides periodic updates on the elements to various AQMD
advisory group and committees. The AQMD Governing Board on October1,
2004, adopted the current 2004-05 Workplan. |

Recommendations for 2005-06 EJ Program
Enhancements
Each year staff presents a new workplan to the AQMD Governing Board
to enhance the agency’s EJ program. AQMD staff will seek recommendations
from the members of the Environmental Justice Advisory Group on the
proposed program enhancements for FY 2005-06. |

Any member of this body, or its staff, on his or
her own initiative or in response to questions posed by the public, may ask
a question for clarification, may make a brief announcement or report on his
or her own activities, provide a reference to staff regarding factual

Public Comment Period -
Members of the public may address this body
concerning any agenda item before or during consideration of that item
(Govt. Code Section 54954.3). All agendas for regular meetings are
posted at District Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar,
California, at least 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting. At the
end of the regular meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the
public to speak on any subject within this body’s authority. Speakers
may be limited to three (3) minutes each.

The agenda materials will be made available, upon
request, in appropriate alternative formats to assist persons with a
disability. Disability-related accommodations will also be made
available to allow participation in this meeting. Any accommodations
must be requested as soon as practicable. Requests will be
