The
Investment Oversight Committee meeting scheduled for August 4, 2000 has been
cancelled. Attached is the Investment Report for the Second Quarter of 2000.
Please review this report and let me know if you wish to discuss this report
with the full Committee. Based on input from committee members, I will schedule
a meeting of the committee in September if needed. Thank you.
