Recommended Positions on 29 Bills [Attachment 1]
This item is to seek approval from the committee regarding positions on the following bills in the
state and federal legislature.  Bill analysis for each bill to be discussed is attached.  Complete copies of the bills were sent to Committee Members only with the Agenda package for the regular scheduled meeting that was held on April 8, 2005. Note: AB 1231 (Horton) "Air Pollution Accountability Act of 2005" has been added to the agenda since the last regular meeting of the Legislative Committee.  (Copies of bills will be made available to the public upon request).
