AQMD's Washington, D.C. lobbyist will report on air-quality federal legislation and air-quality related action before federal administrative agencies.

Update on Proposal to Modify the Composition of the AQMD Governing Board. [Attachment 3] South Bay Cities COG has prepared a matrix of eight alternative options for changing AQMD Governing Board composition.  The matrix was created by consultant Claudette Moody for discussion and feedback purposes and is attached for your information.   (Oral report)

Extend Contract for Legislative Representation in Sacramento, California.  [Attachment 4 – Sent to Committee Members only, and available to the Public upon request]  This item calls for the extension of the existing contract for legislative consulting services of Richard Polanco (Tres Es, Inc.) for Calendar Year 2006.

[This item will also be reviewed at the July 15, 2005 Administrative Committee meeting.]

Public Comment

At the end of the meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the public to speak on any subject within the Committee’s authority. Speakers may be limited to three (3) minutes each.
