Positions Required to be Taken Prior to next Meeting of the Governing
Board or its Legislative Committee
On some occasions, AQMD needs to
take immediate and required positions in response to legislative
proposals, consistent with past Board direction on air quality issues. |

Any member of this body, or its staff, on his or
her own initiative or in response to questions posed by the public, may ask

California, at least 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting. At the
end of the regular meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the
public to speak on any subject within this body’s authority. Speakers
may be limited to three (3) minutes each.
