Interview and Recommend Execution of Contract for
Legislative Representation in Washington, D.C.

At the October 6, 2006 meeting, the Board approved the release
of RFP
P2007-04 to solicit proposals for legislative representation in
Washington, D.C., 5 firms have been selected to be interviewed. Upon
conclusion of the interviews, the Legislative Committee will recommend
the execution of a contract with the selected firm(s).
(This item will also be reviewed at the December 8, 2006 Administrative
Committee meeting.)

Members of the public may address this body

(Govt. Code Section 54954.3). All agendas for regular meetings are
posted at District Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar,
California, at least 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting. At the
end of the regular meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the
public to speak on any subject within this body’s authority. Speakers
may be limited to three (3) minutes each.

request, in appropriate alternative formats to assist persons with a
