3 Discuss South Bay Cities Council of Government Proposal to Expand the AQMD Governing Board
Update on Proposal to Modify the Composition of the AQMD Governing Board. South Bay Cities COG has prepared alternative options for changing AQMD Governing Board composition.  Staff will provide an update.

Presentation on summary of financial and program data received from local governments as part of the annual report on AB 2766 Subvention Funds from Motor Vehicle Registration Fees for FY 2003-2004.

Update on Project Funding Ideas that have been submitted as part of $6 million set aside from the BP settlement monies. Over 100 project ideas have been received from the public and the business community to help improve air quality in the region.

Code Section 54954.3).  All agendas for regular meetings are posted at District Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California, at least 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting.  At the end of the regular meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the public to speak on any subject within this body’s authority.  Speakers may be limited to three (3) minutes each.
