Proposed Rule 1177 - Liquefied Petroleum
Gas (LPG) Transfer and Dispensing (No Written
Materials)
The Proposed rule seeks to minimize fugitive VOC emissions from the
transfer of LPG to and from stationary storage tanks and cargo tanks,
and into portable tanks, and requires use of low-emission connectors and
low emission overfill protection monitoring techniques or technologies,
routine leak detection and repair, and associated recordkeeping and
reporting to demonstrate compliance. |
