Report on FY 2004-05 Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program
On September 30, 2005, proposals were received in response to the RFP that was issued for FY2004-05 Carl Moyer Air Quality Standards Attainment Program.  (This item will also be heard by the Technology Committee at the January 27, 2006 meeting.) (Attachment 1)

Report on Locomotive Idling Emission Testing
Staff will provide a summary of AQMD’s emission testing conducted for locomotive idling activities.

Status Report on Proposed Rules 3501 and 3502
Staff will provide an update and summary of Proposed Rules 3501 and 3502.  Proposed Rules 3501 and 3502 apply to Class I freight railroads and switching and terminal railroads.  Proposed Rule 3501 and 3502 establish recordkeeping and idling requirement for diesel locomotives operating in the District.
