Status Report on
Proposed Rules 3501 and 3502
Staff will provide an update and summary of Proposed Rules 3501 and
3502. Proposed Rules 3501 and 3502 apply to Class I freight railroads
and switching and terminal railroads. Proposed Rule 3501 and 3502
establish recordkeeping and idling requirement for diesel locomotives
operating in the District. |

may be limited to three (3) minutes each.
