The proposed rule amendment will lower emission limits, for new units, capture NOx emissions reductions previously foregone due to extensions of applicable compliance dates and add new recordkeeping requirements.

Status report on the concepts under consideration for allowing publicly owned biosolids processing facilities, electrical generating facilities, energy projects of regional significance and electrical generating facilities in downwind air basins access to the Priority Reserve.

3 Rule 223 – Facility Permit – Agricultural Facilities      (15 mins.)
Status report on the rule development to implement the SB 700 Requirement that all Large Confined Animal Facilities, as defined by CARB, are to have a written permit from the AQMD that requires a mitigation plan to minimize emissions to the extent feasible.
