Annual RECLAIM Audit Report for 2004 Compliance Year (5 mins)
The annual report on the RECLAIM program is prepared in accordance
with Rule 2015 – Backstop Provisions. The report assesses emission
reductions, average annual price and availability of RECLAIM Trading
Credits, job impacts, compliance issues, and other measures of
performance for the eleventh year of this program. |

Proposed Amended Rule 1178- Further
Reductions of
VOC Emissions From Storage Tanks at Refineries
(5 mins)
The proposed amendments clarify requirements for mechanical shoe seals
for internal floating roof tanks and clarify that other devices with
equivalent control efficiencies of slotted membrane fabric covers can be
used to cover floating roof drains. There is no emission impact from
this amendment. |
