1 Rule 1132 – Further Control of VOC Emissions
from High-Emitting Spray Booth Facilities       (10 mins.)
 
The proposed amendments will exclude the emission factor for gel Coat non-atomizing spray application in the Unified Emission Factors (UEF) Table for use by composite product manufacturers To demonstrate alternative compliance.

2 Rule 1178 – Further Reductions of VOC Emissions
from Storage Tanks at Petroleum Facilities     (5 mins.)

The proposed amendments clarify requirements for mechanical shoe seals for internal floating roof tanks and clarify that other devices with the equivalent control efficiencies of slotted membrane fabric covers can be used for floating roof drains.  The proposed amendments to not affect air quality or emission limitations.
