Pursuant to Regulation II (10 mins.)
Staff will update the Committee on the results of additional Public
review pertaining to permits for agricultural Equipment at small
agricultural operations. Staff will also present a timeline for
addressing the ultraviolet/electron beam (UV/EB) issue of Rule 219
(q)(1) that was continued by the Board to the June 2, 2006 meeting. |

Best Available Control Technology Guidelines Report
and Amendments (5 mins)
Semiannual report of new listings added to the BACT Guidelines in the
last six months in Part B, LAER/BACT Determinations for Major Polluting
Facilities. Staff is also proposing several minor updates to Part
D, BACT Guidelines for Non-Major Polluting Facilities. |

Status Update for Rule 410 - Odor Abatement for Solid
Waste Transfer Stations and Processing Facilities (15 mins)
At the September 23, 2005 Stationary Source Committee Meeting, staff
presented initial concepts for Proposed Rule 410. The California
Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) requested a delay for
rulemaking. Staff has been working with CIWMB and other
stakeholders. Staff will present the revised concepts for PR 410. |

Quarterly Report on Rule 1118 Implementation (15 mins.)
At the November 4, 2005 Public Hearing, the Board amended Rule
1118 to reduce flare emissions and improve flare monitoring
requirements. The Board also adopted a resolution directing staff
to work with community members, industry and other regulatory agencies
on the issues listed below. Staff committed to report to
Stationary Source Committee quarterly on the progress of these issues. |

Potential Links to Websites for EJ Enhancement of
AB2588 Web Information (5 mins.)
Staff will demonstrate links to websites that provide information
on toxicity and health effects for toxic air contaminants. This is
part of the EJ enhancements to provide additional information to the
public regarding reported emissions information. |
