This report highlights the February 2002 activities of the Public
Affairs Office which includes the following: Environmental Justice Update,
Community Events/Public Meetings, Business Assistance, Legislative Office,
Local Governmental Activity, Media Communications, and Transportation
Programs.

The attached report reflects the activities of the Public Affairs Office
for the month of February. The report format includes six major areas:
Environmental Justice Update, Community Events/Public Meetings (including
the Speakers Bureau, Visitor Services and Public Information Center),
Business Assistance, Legislative Office (state and federal), Local
Governmental Activity, Media Communications (including the Communications
Center), and Transportation Programs.
