Working group meeting to discuss assessing the cost-effectiveness of technologies and life-cycle emissions including the development of a Solar Technology Initiative and an emissions tool to estimate changes in criteria and GHG emissions and costs associated with upgrades in commercial and residential appliances, in conjunction with installation of zero and near-zero emission technologies.
