This Interactive Map of the South Coast Air Basin identifies estimated carcinogenic risk from air toxics by geographic location based on modeling performed as part of the MATES IV study.
The Compliance Notices tool provides public access to SCAQMD’s online database of validated NOVs and NCs – tickets received by regulated facilities that have been found to be out of compliance with clean air rules during onsite inspections.
Criteria and toxic emissions are collected annually through SCAQMD’s Annual Emission Reporting Program and the data collected since fiscal year (FY) 2000-2001 are available for public access.

Observations of odors, smoke, dust, or other air contaminants can be reported to SCAQMD through the Online Complaint Reporting System.
SCAQMD’s Permit Public Notices tool allows public access to all permitting public notices issued in the last six months, including Rule 212 notices, Rule 1118 notices, and Title V permit notices.
