Current Policies and Procedures and Rule Implementation Guidelines applicable to
permit processing are available here. These documents may explain how certain
rules and policies apply to your permits. You can search for a specific policy
using a text search or choose from a full list, as explained below.

You will be routed to a text query page. Type in any text in the box and
then choose Submit Query below the box. Keep text search very simple (one or
two words are best) as it will look for an exact match.

You will be routed to a page listing all public Permitting Policies and
Procedures. You may sort the list by date, to, from, etc., using the drop-down
menu in the upper right hand corner.
