This page lists active Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Program Announcement/Opportunity Notices (PAs or PONs).

Bidders' Conference:  Some RFPs/RFQs require attendance at a bidders' conference.  Please check the RFP/RFQ to find out if the bidders' conference is mandatory.  Please confirm attendance by calling the contact person listed on the RFP/RFQ.  BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM ANYONE NOT ATTENDING THE MANDATORY BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE.

Please note that all RFP responses must contain completed certification forms.  You may request forms be mailed to you by telephoning the contact person listed for the RFP, or you may download the forms to your computer.  Generally, certification forms are included in the RFP/RFQ, or may be downloaded here ( .46 MB word file).
