In April 2011, the Governing Board of the South Coast
Air Quality Management District (AQMD) released a solicitation for locomotive projects in the amount of $6.2 million.
The deadline for submitting proposals was June 7, 2011. Proposals are being
reviewed and selected projects will be posted on this web page in the fall.
