You must show proof of residence within the
South Coast AQMD's 4-county jurisdiction.
The AQMD's
jurisdiction includes all of Orange County, most of Los Angeles County
(excluding the Antelope Valley), almost all of Riverside County, and and
the non-desert portion of San Bernardino County.

Pre-registration is required to exchange your lawn mower.
You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Anyone who is at least 18 years old can

Your old gasoline mower must be in operating condition to
qualify for the trade-in. |

What happens if you don’t appear at the exchange site during
your pre-registered time slot?
Your confirmation guaranteeing you a mower is only good for the site and
date you selected. We encourage you to arrive at the exchange site
during your scheduled ½ hour time slot – not earlier and not later – to
reduce traffic backups at the site. At 1 pm on that date, your
reservation expires. It does not entitle you to a mower at any later
event. You would have to pre-register again for a later event if you
miss your confirmed date.
