On May 3, 2019 the South Coast AQMD Governing Board considered proposed amendments to Regulation III (Fees). The proposed regulation was approved, except for the portion of the regulation addressing toxics emissions fees. The South Coast AQMD Board will consider these proposed amendments on increased toxics emissions fees at its June 7, 2019 Board meeting. These amendments are all contained with Rule 301, which is a portion of Regulation III. A public Working Group meeting will be held at the following time to discuss these proposed toxics fees.
