GOVERNING BOARD BUDGET STUDY SESSION AGENDA

1. FY 2015-16 Draft Budget and Work Program and Fee Adjustment

Presentation, for Board discussion and input, of the Executive Officer's Proposed Budget and Work Program detailing proposed staffing levels, expenditures and revenues required to maintain current program commitments. The proposed budget incorporates the CPI adjustment pursuant to Rule 320. In addition, the second year of the additional adjustment approved by the Board in June 2014 is also incorporated. Subsequent to this Study Session, at the Board’s regularly scheduled May 1st Public Meeting, a Public Hearing will be conducted to consider adoption of the FY 2015-16 Draft Budget and Work Program. The second half of last year’s fee adjustment and the CPI adjustment will occur automatically.

2. Public Comment

Members of the public are afforded the opportunity to speak on any agenda item before or during the Board’s consideration of the item. At a special meeting, no other business may be considered. Each speaker will be afforded three minutes to address the Board. (Govt. Code Section 54954.3)
