The BACT Scientific Review Committee (SRC) was established as a standing committee by the South Coast AQMD Board and meets periodically. The BACT SRC is intended to enhance the public participation process with technical review and comments on a focused committee at periodic intervals, on proposed updates of the South Coast AQMD BACT Guidelines.
