South Coast AQMD staff invites you to attend the third Working Group Meeting for Proposed Amended Rule 1173 - Control of Volatile Organic Compound Leaks and Releases from Components at Petroleum Facilities and Chemical Plants (PAR 1173). The Working Group Meeting will provide stakeholders and interested parties an opportunity to work with South Coast AQMD staff on proposed rule concepts and to discuss key issues or concerns.
