Lead Agency CEQA documents
South Coast AQMD Projects - Under CEQA, South Coast AQMD is a public agency which acts as lead agency for its own projects, such as the adoption of rules, regulations or plans.
Permit Projects - South Coast AQMD may act as a lead agency for permit projects filed with the AQMD that have not previously undergone a CEQA analysis.
