For permit projects which are currently undergoing CEQA review, the date(s) in the parentheses indicate when public comments on the draft CEQA document may be submitted. For permit projects which were approved and permits were issued, the date in the parentheses indicate when the final CEQA document was certified by the South Coast AQMD's Executive Officer.
