Proposed Rule 1435 — Control of Toxic Air Contaminant Emissions from Metal Heating Operations
Proposed Rule 1435 is being developed to address toxic air contaminant emissions from metal heating operations. Information on the proposed rule, including upcoming working group meetings, can be found here.
The proposed rule is expected to go to the South Coast AQMD Governing Board by second quarter, 2027.
