Air Quality Impacts of Widespread Adoption of Cool Roofing Technology in the South Coast Air Basin: Ozone and PM2.5 (PDF, 1.52Mb) Staff will present the impact of cool roof technology on the ozone and PM2.5 concentrations in the Basin. High resolution building morphology and land use/land cover data were implemented in the Weather Research and Forecast (WRF) and CMAQ modeling configuration. | Scott Epstein, Air Quality Specialist |
