2. Historical Performance of SCAG Growth Forecasts (PDF, 87kb)
Dr. Wen and Mr. Levy will discuss the historical performance of past SCAG growth forecasts, including the potential sources and magnitude of uncertainties around the forecast.

3. Review of Environmental Justice (EJ) Methodologies and Application Tools & EJ Working Group Comments (PDF, 574kb)
Staff will discuss the background of the EJ project and summarize comments and suggestions made by the 2016 AQMP Socioeconomic Assessment EJ Working Group. Mr. Roman will provide a briefing of the draft recommendation proposed by IEc to enhance the EJ analysis in the socioeconomic report.

4. Potentially Affected Industries by the Draft Control Strategies and their Economic Outlook (PDF, 457kb)
Staff will identify the industries in the four-county region that could be potentially affected by the Draft 2016 AQMP Control Strategies. The economic outlook of these industries will be summarized in order to provide a context to the potential economic impacts to be estimated.

5. Recommendation for Socioeconomic Assessment and Open Discussion
Advisory Group members will provide recommendations for socioeconomic assessment and feedback to agenda items.

Any member of the committee, or its staff, on his or her own initiative or in response to questions posed by the public, may ask a question for clarification, may make a brief announcement or report on his or her own activities, provide a reference to staff regarding factual information, request staff to report back at a subsequent meeting concerning any matter, or may take action to direct staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda (Govt. Code 54954.2).

7. Public Comment
Members of the public may address the Committee concerning any agenda item before of during consideration of that item (Govt. Code Section 54954.3). All agendas for regular meetings are posted at District Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California, at least 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting. At the end of the regular meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the public to speak on any subject within the committee's authority. Speakers may be limited to three (3) minutes each.
