A special joint meeting of the MSRC and MSRC-TAC will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024 through a hybrid format of in-person attendance in Conference Room CC-8 at the South Coast AQMD Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California, and remote attendance via videoconferencing and by telephone.
