INVEST CLEAN aims to modernize the Southern California goods movement and logistics corridor by transitioning to zero-emission technologies. The project spans from the San Pedro Bay Ports through Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, to the California, Arizona and Nevada borders.
