Proposed Rule 403.2

This proposed rule was previously labelled as Proposed Rule (PR) 1157.1 - Large Demolition Piles and Associated Crushing and Grinding Equipment. Moving forward the proposed rule will be relabeled as PR 403.2 – Fugitive Dust from Large Roadway Projects to more precisely align the rule title with this rulemaking effort.
