South Coast AQMD staff invites you to attend the second Working Group Meeting for Proposed Amended Rule 1135 - Emissions of Oxides of Nitrogen from Electricity Generating Facilities (PAR 1135) and Proposed Rule 429.2 - Startup and Shutdown Exemption Provisions for Oxides of Nitrogen from Electricity Generating Facilities (PR 429.2). The Working Group Meeting will provide stakeholders an opportunity to work with South Coast AQMD staff on proposed amended rule provisions and to discuss key issues or concerns.
