Under CEQA, the South Coast AQMD is a public agency which acts as lead agency for its own projects, such as the adoption of rules, regulations or plans.
The South Coast AQMD may act as a lead agency for permit projects filed with the South Coast AQMD that have not previously undergone a CEQA analysis. This page does not include CEQA documents for projects reviewed by the South Coast AQMD as a commenting or responsible agency.
