In response to public requests, South Coast AQMD is posting this list of the current U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved State Implementation Plan (SIP) rules. SIP Approved Rules are those rules that have been submitted by the state of California to the EPA for federal approval.  New/amended South Coast AQMD rules are added to the SIP periodically.
