South Coast AQMD staff invites you to attend a Working Group Meeting for Proposed Amended Rule (PAR) 1426 - Emissions from Metal Finishing Operations. The Working Group Meeting will provide stakeholders an opportunity to work with South Coast AQMD staff on proposed amended rule provisions and to discuss key issues or concerns early in the rule development process. This meeting will discuss responses to comments received at the last Working Group Meeting, additional background information on the need for the proposed amended rule, and initial rule concepts.
