The following letters are notifications that the South Coast AQMD may designate a Potentially High Risk Facility pursuant to Rule 1402 – Control of Toxic Air Contaminants from Existing Sources:
Aerocraft
The South Coast AQMD hosted a public meeting on Dec. 1, 2018 to share the results from Aerocraft's Health Risk Assessment, which was based on the 2016 elevated air toxic emission levels from the facilities.
Anaplex
The South Coast AQMD hosted a public meeting on Dec. 1, 2018 to share the results from Anaplex's Health Risk Assessment, which was based on the 2016 elevated air toxic emission levels from the facilities.
Lubeco
The South Coast AQMD hosted a public meeting on February 5, 2020 to share the results from Lubeco's Health Risk Assessment, which was based on the 2015 elevated air toxic emission levels from the facilities.
