The Community Air Protection Program (CAPP) provides incentives to fund a variety of emissions and exposure reduction projects in AB 617 communities. South Coast AQMD has developed a Draft Paving Project Plan to provide funding for paving projects to eligible applicants within the Eastern Coachella Valley (ECV) designated AB 617 community. The project plan identifies program eligibility and participant requirements and is available by visiting the link below. The Draft Paving Project Plan has been submitted to CARB for review. Once approved by CARB, this webpage will be updated to include the Final ECV Paving Project Plan.
South Coast AQMD anticipates accepting applications under this program through a future Request for Proposals solicitation.
